PATRIOT Charters

The PATRIOT is available in the evening for private charters starting as early as 6:00 p.m. Charter prices include the vessel and appropriate crew for the times and services contracted, embarking and disembarking from the PATRIOT'S berth in St. Michaels, and all applicable fees and taxes.

Advance reservation is required at least 60 days before the event. Once a confirmation contract has been signed, a $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation date. If cancelled, a $100 handling fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in writing. If not paid previously, any balance will be due and payable prior to boarding. OLD FASHIONED EASTERN SHORE CRAB FEAST

Cruise aboard the PATRIOT while enjoying our all inclusive Old Fashioned Eastern Shore Crab Feast catered by the Crab Claw Restaurant! Enjoy freshly steamed crabs, chicken wings, corn on the cob, potato salad, sliced tomatoes, rolls, and dessert--plus unlimited domestic beer and soft drinks. The price is $89.00 per person and includes taxes and gratuity.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GUEST COUNT
We require an advanced guest count guarantee for All-Inclusive Charters at least two weeks prior to your cruise date. This number is your minimum charge. Any additional guests should be called in to our office no later than three days prior to your cruise date. This amount must be accepted as final unless otherwise arranged by our office.

SETUP AND BOARDING POLICY
A list of all persons boarding the vessel prior to an event for food, decorations, etc. along with their time of arrival must be provided in writing to the office staff. Please note that all persons on the vessel will be asked to leave the vessel 15 minutes before scheduled boarding time for a vessel inspection by the Captain.

CASH AND TAB BARS
All private charters have the option of having either a cash or tab bar. A tab bar will have an 20% gratuity automatically added to the final bill. All tabs are to be closed and paid at least fifteen minutes prior to docking.

EMBARKING AND DISEMBARKING
An additional fee will be charged for pick-up and drop-off at any location other than St. Michaels Harbor. Any change in location must be approved by the Captain of the PATRIOT.

REPOSITIONING FEES
If you require the the PATRIOT to relocate to a port of embarkation or disembarkation away from its home port of St. Michaels, Maryland, delivery fees will be charged based on the distance, time and fuel required.

FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of all charges is due seven business days before the cruise, unless other arrangements have been made with our office. Payments must be made in the form of cash, approved company or personal check, Visa or MasterCard. Additional services provided while underway are payable at the time of request.

CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel inside the sixty day period, any deposit that was made will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the vessel for that particular date and time. A $50 handling fee will be charged to cancel cruises with a signed contact, even if a deposit was not yet received. If we fail to begin the cruise for any reason beyond our control, the cruise will be rescheduled or the event will continue dockside. There will be a discount in the charter price if this occurs. If we are late in starting the cruise due to our actions, the cruise will be extended an equal amount of time. PATRIOT Cruises cannot be held responsible for extraordinary occurrences beyond our control which may interfere with your scheduled cruise. If we are required to totally cancel your charter prior to boarding or embarking for any reason that is not your fault, all funds paid will be completely refunded in full.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
No food or beverage is to be brought on board without prior permission by the PATRIOT Office/Crew. Under no circumstances are alcoholic beverages allowed to be brought on the vessel at any time.

ALCOHOL
To be served alcohol you must be 21 years of age with proper ID. Anyone under the age of 21 found consuming alcoholic beverages and those contributing to their consumption will be returned to the dock immediately. Bartenders have the authority to withhold alcohol from anyone they feel is exceeding normal consumption.

ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment is allowed on the lower deck only unless prior permission has been given by our office.

SMOKING
Smoking is allowed only on the open areas of the upper deck.

ILLEGAL DRUGS
USCG Zero Tolerance/termination of charter.

AUTHORITY
The captain has complete authority aboard the vessel at all times.
