Amenities include free parking, on-board bar and refreshments (cash or credit), indoor air-conditioned spaces, a large upper outdoor deck, and on-board bathrooms.
Online Ticket Purchases
Online ticket pricing reflects the $2 discount in the fees shown. If you purchase by 10am on the day you want to cruise, your name will be at our ticket booth and your boarding passes will have been pulled in order of purchase. If you purchase after 10am, please be prepared to show paper or phone confirmation of your online purchase. Online sales are not available within one hour of cruise start time.
Restrooms
Our restrooms are only available while the boat is operational in open water. Please plan ahead.
No Refund Policy
Once PATRIOT cruise tickets have been purchased either online or at our ticket booth, we have a “no refund” policy. If we are notified at least two hours before your cruise that you have an emergency, traffic or medical issues, we may allow you to “reschedule” your cruise at a later date/time in the current season. We understand traffic is beyond your control and we are happy to put you on a later cruise that day or the following day. Other unforeseen circumstances may preclude your trip to St. Michaels, but you can use your tickets later in the season. You may also donate tickets back to us. We give these tickets to those otherwise unable to purchase them.
We hold space for all ticketholders until 5 minutes before departure. If we are not notified of your inability to attend, we will not offer the opportunity to reschedule. Because we have USCG mandated maximum number of passengers, we may have turned away people who wanted to buy tickets in your absence.
Dog Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs on most cruises. The dog must not bark and be able to lie in front of your seating area or in your lap, keeping the aisles open.
Wheelchairs and Walkers
PATRIOT can accommodate walkers and transport wheelchairs. We can not accommodate scooters or oversized wheelchairs. Due to mother nature, we occasionally have exceedingly high tides that make our ramp quite steep. Email the office ([email protected]) prior to buying tickets to be advised on the tides and what trip might be easiest for you to embark and disembark.
Strollers
We welcome babies as long as they bring at least one parent. We have a space on our main deck for you to store your stroller as strollers are not allowed on the top deck.
Boarding
We board in groups of ten according to boarding pass number. Boarding pass numbers are distributed according to the order in which each passenger purchases their ticket. The earlier you purchase your ticket, the lower your boarding pass number will be. The captain begins boarding 15 minutes prior to departure.
Once you have boarded PATRIOT, you are welcome to choose any available chair. There are 70 seats in the shade and 20 seats in the sun on the upper deck, along with about 50 seats in the climate-controlled main salon area. All individuals must be aboard 5 minutes prior to departure.
Sunblock
Please apply all sunblock before embarkation as spray-on sunblock makes the decks slippery.
Snack Bar
We have a full snack bar that serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and hot dogs. Passengers are prohibited from bringing food and beverages on board.
COVID-19 Safety Protocol
We are following guidelines set by the state of Maryland and U.S. government. Masks are no longer required on PATRIOT, and we are returning to “normal” seating.
